AION 2 rift timer
NC has not published rift times for the global servers, so there is no reliable rift timer yet, and this page does not run one. In the Korean version a Space-Time Rift opens every three hours and can be entered for 15 minutes.
What a rift is
A Space-Time Rift is a portal into the other faction’s lands. In the Korean version a system message announces it for everyone, and an icon on the world map shows where the portal has appeared. Only a limited number of players can go through. On the other side you can run the enemy faction’s sealed dungeons and garrison missions, and fight players of the other faction who have PvP mode switched on. Rifts are part of the global game: NC listed them in its announcement of the global PvP showcase.
The Korean schedule

Do not convert those hours to your time zone and expect them to hold. The global regions have their own servers, and NC has not said what clock they run on or whether the three-hour rhythm carries over.
Rift domination (Korean version)
On three evenings a week, two of the rifts turn into a battle over garrisons in Verteron or Altgard, with the attacking and defending factions swapping each week. It is endgame content:
- Entry needs character level 50, item level 4,500, 500k combat power, and every garrison in both territories cleared.
- Each side fields 60 to 200 players; the battle starts five minutes after the portal opens and lasts 15 minutes.
- Attackers win by taking three of the five garrisons, each held by three monoliths that must all be destroyed.
- Rewards go by contribution ranking within each class, for players who reach a minimum contribution.
That level 50 floor is above anything confirmed for global so far; the cap is on max level.
Until NC publishes global times
